My name is Tammy, and I am the owner of Clinic Aide, a place not only to find help for all those to do lists that never get finished or to find your right-hand (wo)man but also to gain inspiration, tips and encouragement to help you create the business you have dreamed of!

I love offering my skills and services to small and medium sized Allied Health businesses across Australia. Whether your business is a mobile practice, a telehealth practice or you have a physical clinic, I love it all!

Having worked in healthcare settings for my entire career (veterinary, orthodontics, dental and allied health), I have had the privilege of learning from the best! Gaining in-depth experience in administration, customer service and social media.

I decided to create Clinic Aide when I realised how much time practitioners, who were trying to build their business, lost due to the never ending list of admin tasks, and the sporadic nature of customer contact, not to mention trying to fit in time to master social media all while doing what they enjoy, treating their patients!

In my downtown, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three amazing, full of energy children. I also love catching up with friends, the outdoors, reading and baking.

Hello! My name is Cali, I’m from the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW and I’m a Virtual Receptionist for Clinic Aide. My partner and I are currently travelling around Australia which means getting to explore amazing new places everyday is the new norm for us! When I’m answering your call, I’m most likely doing so while looking out at a pristine white sand beach as the sun rises.

Working with Tammy is great because it gives me the freedom to keep travelling without compromising my lifestyle. I love what she has created and truly feel like every business that has come onboard has benefited from her wealth of knowledge!

Prior to travelling I worked as a Practice Manager for a Physiotherapy clinic for 4 years so it’s been great to apply the experience I gained there to this role with Tammy.
