  1. How can Clinic Aide Support my business?

    The team at Clinic Aide can support your business in a variety of ways. We can help anyone from the sole practitioner’s to the multi-clinic teams with their overflowing phone calls to admin and customer service.

  2. What if I only need reception support?

    That is not a problem for us! We understand that different businesses need different types of support. That’s why we are flexible and can work with you to find exactly what you need for your business.

  3. What hours do you provide support?

    We are available from 9am -5pm AEST/AEDT from Monday - Friday.

  4. Can you answer our phone calls using our business name? How?

    Yes! we can. Once your phone number is diverted to a unique number we give you, we will be able to answer with your clinic name - as if we were there in the clinic.

  5. Do you have scripts or do I need to provide them?

    We do have scripts that work very well across a broad range of provider types, however if you have a specific script that you would like us to follow - we are more than happy to use them.

  6. Can my business use you as a once off?
    Yes, we work with many different businesses in different ways. Some businesses use us as an emergency reception option. If staff are away or sick, we can be ok to answer calls within 30 minutes.
