Reception

We see reception services as a crucial part of any allied health practice, which requires meticulous attention to detail, and friendly customer service that ultimately grows and shapes your practice. At Clinic Aide we pride ourselves on providing this support service, especially during periods of overflow, practice and staff changes, or to step in when a staff member is on leave.

We know the ins and outs of allied health services and would be able to slot into your practice and hit the ground running with our administrative duty experience, and customer focused role. This will allow you to keep working on what truly matters and not have to deal with the administrative side of things.

With our reception services, we intend to give you and your practice a peace of mind, and know that you are in trusted and safe hands.


  • 8am - 5pm AEST (Mon-Fri).

  • Answer inbound calls.

  • Book, reschedule and cancel appointments in your practice management system.

  • Make outbound calls.

  • We work with the systems you already have in place, or we can help you create systems that work for your business.

  • Personalised answer machine message for calls received outside of our business hours (which we respond to)

  • Minimal hassle onboarding. Can be ready to answer your phones in less than a day!
